Cancellation Policy:

• 75% of the registration fee without Gst will be refunded for cancellations received on or before 30th June 2026.
• 50% of the registration fee without Gst will be refunded for cancellations received on or before 15th September 2026.
• 25% of the registration fee without Gst will be refunded for cancellations received on or before 15th November 2026.
• No Refund for cancellation received post 16th November 2026.

Requests for cancellation / refunds must be made in writing or through e-mail with a valid reason.
